Vickie’s background as a parent gave her a unique perspective as an educator. She was able to better understand and serve special needs students.

Through her work as an educator, Vickie made a difference in the school system in her district. She used her knowledge and experience to create a more inclusive environment for special needs children. Her advocacy work helped to make changes within the system, and she has had a lasting impact.
