In order to make our genius “real,” we need to be able to communicate it to others. Usually, this requires us to be able to speak and or write about it. Kathy Mellor is all about communication. In her business, Unleashing Your Voice, she helps parents and students communicate more effectively. Kathy and I met through the Leadership Education Mentoring Institute; she was my mentor for years. She is an amazing woman, and I’m so happy she shares her genius in this episode!
