Kirsten Liebelt is a Minnesota mom of 3 adult children who homeschooled for 20 years.  She is the host of “Addicted To Brave” podcast where she encourages moms through interviews with seasoned homeschoolers to design their families. Her passion is to help moms believe they can teach their own kids and have the energy to do it. She started a health and wellness business at the age of 45 because when she was 30, her dad died of type 2 diabetes.  This has led her on an 11 year journey of teaching moms how to show their kids a better way to build a pantry, eating and supplementing to balance the body from the inside out.
